Freaky Winter – And we had a freakish monsoon last year.

September, some reports say, has been the wettest since 1964. This appeared on 18th September in National Herald under Delhi Musings. It was about the excessive rains and now Delhi is reeling under one of its coldest winter spells. Climate Change is here and for good. And its hurting the Capital like how.
