Delhi Is Talking About

Raman Effect would mean something else

Yes! If Dr CV Raman was to be a student today in Delhi University then there are chances that Raman Effect would mean something else. Students and Research Scholars at Delhi University are now supposed to pay for the equipment and stuff they need for their science experiments. Students who survive on the credit extended by the tea vendors on the DU campus now need to shell out money for what should be a basic facility.

Other than the Raman Effect bit there is the clash that our man AK and his AAP team is having with the new occupant of Raj Bhawan. Dilliwalahs have a lot to swallow and yet stay cheerful. This and more in this piece of DelhiMusings in NationalHerald.
