Laurels for Sunder Nursery

Sunder Nursery has won the Award of Excellence in this year’s UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation. Sunder Nursery was transformed when the Aga Khan Trust for Culture was roped in to carry out conservation work and ever since it opened to the public in February 2018, post restoration, it has earned nothing but praise. Located near Humayun’s Tomb – an UNESCO heritage site, this 90-acre garden is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Visit it, if you haven’t already been there, for the peace won’t last long now that they have allowed a Cafe inside!
