Former India pacer Atul Wassan, who was removed as Chairman of the senior selection committee last December has now been appointed Chairman of the DDCA’s Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC). He seems keen to “layout a roadmap” for Delhi cricket for foreseeable future and attempt to bring an end on the so-called “selection cartel” that appeases various member clubs of the DDCA. DDCA president Rohan Jaitley (the surname sure rings a bell) has appointed the committee that has Robin Singh (junior) and Parvinder Awana as members. Good intent, Atul. We’ll keep a watch.
