Normally the PM does not breach the posts on this website for these are confined to the affairs of Delhi. Even our narrative on that ill-timed and ill-conceived #CentralVista is more to do with Delhi rather than the PM. The spotlight is generally on our man AK. However, what the PM said on the floor of the parliament about how the migrants were instigated by the Delhi Government was little difficult to gulp.
